Terms of Service

Last updated: June 9, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of PokerLabs. By using the site, you agree to these terms. PokerLabs is a free educational poker training platform — not a gambling service.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PokerLabs (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors and users of the Service.

About the Service

PokerLabs is a free educational platform for learning Texas Hold'em poker through interactive lessons, puzzles, calculators, and practice against a heuristic bot.

The Service is for learning and entertainment only. We do not offer, facilitate, or promote real-money gambling. No real money, cryptocurrency, or items of value can be wagered, won, or lost through the Service. All in-app chips, scores, and progress are purely educational.

Permitted Use

You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or training data; (b) use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access the Service in ways that disrupt normal operation; (c) interfere with the Service's security or availability; (d) use the Service to promote, link to, or facilitate real-money gambling; (e) use the Service in any unlawful manner.

Intellectual Property

All content on PokerLabs — including lessons, puzzles, code, design, text, graphics, and the PokerLabs brand — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the educational content for personal study. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, or use the content for commercial purposes without written permission.

No Account, No User Content

PokerLabs does not require registration. We do not collect user-submitted content. Your training progress (such as streaks) is stored locally in your browser and never sent to us. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information or training tool is accurate, complete, or current.

PokerLabs provides educational information about poker strategy. It is not professional advice. Decisions you make based on information from the Service — including any decision to play real-money poker outside of this Service — are your sole responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokerLabs and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, which for a free service is zero.

Third-Party Services

The Service is hosted by Vercel and uses Cloudflare for domain and network services. The Service displays ads served by Google AdSense. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to their respective services.

We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers or for any content shown in ads.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the date of the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by general principles of international consumer law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith communication. PokerLabs is provided as a free educational tool worldwide.
